BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Time is reserved especially for you, scheduling is designed according to the service in order to guarantee completion. Please be on time for your appointment so that the studio schedule can be maintained. Every effort is made to confirm your appointment via call, email & text. Should you fail to confirm, your appointment will be offered to someone else. If possible please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out required paperwork, if you fail to show you will still be responsible for the service fee.
ARRIVAL
Please be on time. If you are 1-15 minutes late, your time is reduced to receive the best service possible & you are still responsible for the full amount of the service fee. PLEASE CALL OR TEXT IF LATE, SO WE CAN FIGURE SOMETHING OUT. If you are more than 15 minutes late it may result in a canceled appointment, in order for us to take clients on time who are after you. For microblading clients due to cross-contamination & interruption, there is a strict no guest policy. Only those with appointments are allowed in the studio.
PAYMENTS
Cash, credit, debit, ZELLE, Venmo, & PayPal are all acceptable forms of payment. Generosity of gratuity (tips) is not required, but is very much appreciated. All service fees are non-refundable upon completion. Any changes requested after leaving the studio will require another booking with an additional service fee. All deposits are non-refundable however they are credited to your over all total.

YOU have everything you need in you and we are here to just bring it out and help you be transformed into the butterfly you were already born to be. Here at Transformation I do not want you to just leave with only having had a service done. I want you to leave relaxed, recharged, confident, more centered, and balanced after having an amazing experience that you want to share with others. You can park anywhere in the mall. However I recommend parking in the parking garage located between Michaels and Macys Furniture store; located under the DXL Store for faster and easier access. For point of reference we are located close to Lens Crafters and the post office.
